E:33 It’s a practice, not a perfect 😉

I’m back! Today I talk about how my practice is flowing into my life with more ease. I’ve been dedicated to my rituals for a few years now and I can feel the difference in my everyday life. This week I noticed that I’m more calm and compassionate with my insurance clients, I’m allowing myself to ask for help AND trusting the process which feels like a huge win. I offer a practice of being able to receive compliments and see how that feels, if it’s uncomfortable it’s important to ask yourself why?
