Joanna has over 25 years of experience leading brands and businesses in over 60 countries across both CPG and Retail industries, public and private equity owned companies. Prior to PCA, she was V.P. PetSmart’s Pet Services division and spent 18+ years as Global Business/Marketing leader at Procter & Gamble, Joanna has led and grown multi-million dollar brands and businesses in a variety of categories. Joanna offers extensive experience in P&L management, Brand Building, Customer experience, Innovation, new business development & models, GTM strategies, Brand equity/identity, Marketing, Retail operations, , Workforce Training and Development, Compensation models, and recruiting & building strong teams. Joanna's strong leadership, analytical and creative skills have allowed her to master all the phases of business leadership from the front end of innovation and new business development, to short and long term growth strategies, annual marketing and sales plans and P&L management. Joanna worked abroad in Brussels, Belgium and spent 9 years in global leadership roles at P&G, hence she is versatile in marketplace assessments, consumer research and insights, and GTM playbooks to maximize the businesses potential in each unique market. Joanna successfully transferred her skills from CPG to Retail and led the $900M Services (Grooming, Boarding, Day Camp, Training) business for PetSmart from strategy to daily operations and P&L. She oversaw over 22,000 associates in store and their T&D, compensation, Policies & Procedures, performance metrics, facilities and equipment.
