E 43 How Can You Decrease Your Home's Toxic Load?

from Type2Take2 · host Danyell Wallet, Keto IHP

Hello Everyone and welcome back to Type2Take2, your Diabetes and Health Centered Podcast.  I’m Danyell Wallet, your Keto IHP and host. On July 29th, 2013, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I was scared so I took my medicine and ate “right.” Not knowing that eating right would conflict with taking my medication, I became hypoglycemic and couldn’t work without feeling like I was dying. So, I did what any rational person would: I went back to eating all of the bad things! In September of 2018, I realized that I wasn’t getting better and my quality of life suffered due to it not aligning with my goals of a drug free body. Feeling depressed and hopeless, I decided to make a change.  A dietary change. After less than 3 weeks on the ketogenic diet, I was off of my meds and feeling great!  This is why I share on YouTube The Lucky Stove, Instagram @envision_whole_health, and on my podcast, Type2Take2:  To let others know that there is hope! Today we want to review our 4 pillars including chitchat, updates, setbacks, motivation & encouragement, and health.  In our health segment, we are going to discuss decreasing your home's toxic load by changing just a few simple things in the home with clean, safe for you and the environment products! ----------------------------------------------- Listen and make your own judgment.  Tell us what you think on Instagram @envision_whole_health Affiliated/Sponsored resources: Purchase or become a Wellness Advocate for doTerra Essential Oils http://mydoterra.com/ehinwcoach EWG  ewg.org "Our mission is simple: To empower you with breakthrough research to make informed choices and live a healthy life in a healthy environment."
