In this episode we are joined by Lara, Co-Founder of Lune and Wild which is a fantastic children's delivery service of frozen and prepared meals which help parents feed their children the right nutritionally dense meals, as well as feeding children's curiosity to all the world of food.After hearing so many stories about people's unhealthy relationship with food, it got me thinking about upbringing and how introducing food into children's life is so crucial for the way they treat their body and continue their relationship with food into their adult life.
