In this episode, Rebecca Jones is joined by the founder & CEO of Katy Temple Media Coaching, Katy Temple. Following a lengthy career as a sportscaster, Temple has continued to drive her career forward by teaching executives and leaders how to be confident in their public speaking abilities. Describing herself as resilient initially, the women also tack on bold and energetic as words that highlight Temple’s personality. Growing up a tomboy in an Irish Catholic family, Temple has always seen her life through the lens of the sports world and accredits that experience to how she views her life. Over the course of her life, Temple has learned to take positive traits from all different types of mentors she comes into contact with. As a woman in the professional sports industry, she quickly learned the importance of being authentic and comfortable in your own skin.
