Founded in 2021, San Diego Gives served over 100 nonprofits with almost $500,000 in its first year and has nearly tripled its base and doubled their financial impact in the year since. Describing herself as an incredible communicator with a good sense of humor, Welch talks about her natural gift of questioning the status quo. She goes in depth on the importance of taking your ideas to people who will support them and believe in you.
