Η Έρρικα Πρεζεράκου ανοίγει όλα της τα χαρτιά σε αυτή τη συζήτηση που περισσότερο μοιάζει με κατάθεση ψυχής επί παντός επιστητού. Μεγάλωσε σαν αγόρι διότι τα κορίτσια δεν είχαν λόγο και δικαίωμα, τόσο στην εποχή της όσο και στο σπίτι της. Η αγκαλιά, δεν ήξερε τι είναι διότι η μητέρα της δεν το είχε διδαχθεί για να της το δείξει. Μεγάλωσε ως αγοροκόριτσο διότι τα αγόρια τα αξίωναν ως σημαντικά, ενώ τα κορίτσια όχι. Πρώτη φορά έσβησε τούρτα γενεθλίων στα 17 της έτη. Η απώλεια της ανιψιάς της, είναι κάτι με το οποίο πλέον νιώθει συμφιλιωμένη όπως και με το γεγονός ότι η ακατάσχετη αιμορραγία που προκλήθηκε από τον ακρωτηριασμό των δαχτύλων του χεριού της, της στέρησε το δικαίωμα στη μητρότητα. Η ΄Έρρικα, μοιράζεται την επί 10 χρόνια, αγοραφοβία της, η οποία την κρατούσε «αιχμάλωτη» στο σπίτι, ώσπου ήρθε η συμμετοχή στα κοινά με τον ρόλο της Αντιπεριφερειάρχη Παιδείας για να μπορέσει να λύσει αυτόν τον γόρδιο δεσμό της αποξένωσης, ο οποίος ήταν απόρροια παιδικών τραυμάτων.
