E. Jean Carroll Receives Payment & Homeschooling 'Trickle Down Stupidity'

Jean Carroll has now received more than $5.6 million arising from the 2023 civil verdict that found Donald Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming her. The payment came after the Supreme Court declined to hear Trump's appeal and federal courts ordered the release of funds that had been held in escrow during the appeals process. A separate $83.3 million judgment in Carroll's favor is still being contested.    Podcast hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan sharply criticized homeschooling, calling it strange, harmful to social development, and politically connected to conservative cultural movements.
