Welcome to episode #110 - Bernstein Bernstein is the vision and music project by Matthias Smith, a young creative mind from Switzerland. Currently living in Berlin, Bernstein aims at luring the audience into his vortex of never-ending colours, spherical streams and atmospheres. His sound palette exceeds the standardized deep house and techno sounds by finding timbres and textures through experimental approaches. "This mixtape is a sonic journey through a nocturnal, dreamlike landscape. I spun a web around the track selection using my own field recordings from India that I made a year ago and also used for my latest album ‘tirtha’ released on @hyalinrecords . I wanted to build oneiric layers of sound, all based on a meditative focal point and hypnotic pulsations" Enjoy!
