Ίσως μας επηρέασε και η ομιλία του Jordache Johnson στο All Things, ίσως και τα το γεγονός ότι 5 χρόνια τώρα ακούμε ότι τα Bots έρχονται. Σήμερα όμως τα bots μπορούν να μπούνε πολύ ευκολότερα στη στρατηγική μας. Πολλές πλατφόρμες (μεταξύ των οποίων και το ManyChat) τα οποία έχουν βελτιώσει το UX για να είναι η σχεδίαση ενός bot πραγματικά εύκολη. Ίσως το 2020 το πιο δύσκολο κομμάτι με τα Bots να είναι το να σχεδιαστεί ένα καλό flow. Τα Facebook Messenger Bots μας απασχολούν λίγο περισσότερο καθώς ο Facebook Messenger βρίσκεται ήδη διαθέσιμος σε εκατομμύρια users. To chatflow ενός bot είναι σαν ένα σενάριο μιας θεατρικής παράστασης Σημαντικό, λόγω των εξελιξέων με τον Covid-19 ίσως να μην έχουμε podcast μέσα στη βδομάδα.
