E-bikes, e-scooters, electric cargo bikes, one-wheels and other battery-powered devices are becoming increasingly common, but so are concerns about speed, safety and confusion over where they're allowed to operate. West Vancouver council is reluctantly moving forward on the province's housing density changes. Even though Point Roberts is part of Washington State, its drinking water comes from Metro Vancouver.
