E-scooter operators respond to new Sea Point Promenade rules

The City of Cape Town is introducing new rules for e-scooters, e-bikes and other electric mobility devices on the Sea Point Promenade, including an 8km/h speed limit in shared pedestrian areas and tighter controls around rider behaviour and the size of devices. But what do the operators themselves make of the changes?
