Η Σοφία είναι ένα άτομο που προσπαθούσε από μικρή να χωρέσει. Στο πατρικό της δεν είχε δικό της δωμάτιο, οι γονείς της δεν κατανοούσαν τις ανάγκες της και εκείνη έφυγε με θυμό μίλια μακριά τους, διαγράφοντας τη δική της πορεία. Όταν έφτασε η στιγμή να ξεκινήσει το δικό της αυτογνωσιακό ταξίδι, ανακάλεσε μέσω ύπνωσης ένα εξαιρετικά τραυματικό γεγονός που αφορά στη σεξουαλική της παρενόχληση από μέλος του οικογενειακού περιβάλλοντος όταν ήταν μόλις 2,5 ετών. Η κατάθλιψη της χτύπησε την πόρτα το 2008 όπου αναγκάστηκε να μην ενδώσει σε αυτή, καθότι μητέρα δύο παιδιών που λατρεύει, πράγμα για το οποίο τους μίλησε όταν εκείνα ήταν σε μια ηλικία να κατανοήσουν. Όταν μετέπειτα έπεσε θύμα ξυλοδαρμού από τον Μάνο Παπαγιάννη και βρέθηκε στα επείγοντα, ένας φίλος της στάθηκε η αφορμή για να μιλήσει δημόσια γι’ αυτό που της συνέβη και νιώθει πολύ καλά με αυτήν της την απόφαση -αν και στην αρχή είχε κατηγορήσει, για το περιστατικό αυτό, τον εαυτό της.
