E002 - Laying Foundations (Part I)

Before we can dive into emotional wounds, healing, and the challenges that we face as women, it is important to lay a foundation. In today’s episode, 002, we talk about some of the foundations that I believe are necessary in the journey toward emotional healing and deliverance. Had I had this foundation, a solid understanding of it, I may have not went on living under so much pain and weight for so many years.
