In order to do something you've never done, you have to become someone you've never been. 为了做你从没做过的事，你必须成为另外一个人。 If you only do what you can do,you will never be more than you are now. 如果你只做能力范围之内的事，你就无法进步。 comfort zone 舒适区 大多数人都不愿意离开自己的舒适圈。 Most people are not willing to leave their comfort zone. 因为他们已经适应了自己的生活。 Because they are used to their lives. 有些时候，我们会怀疑自己。 Sometimes we doubt ourselves. 别让自己陷入到这种情况当中。 Never get stuck in this situation. 虽然烦恼是虚构的，但是他们带来的感受却是真实的。 Even though the feeling is imaginary, the suffering they cause is real.
