Engaging the older student in middle and high school is the focus of my talk with my good friend Darlene Jebson.  As a drama teacher, music educator, and worship leader, Darlene shares about her experience working and engaging older students. Darlene Jebson is the Director of Worship at Brightmoor Christian Church as well as the Vocal Music and Drama teacher at Novi Christian Academy.  She earned her undergrad degree in music education with a focus on voice and her Master's degree in education from Marygrove College.  She lives with her husband Mark and their two children in Commerce, Michigan.
