This episode features an interview with Christie Smith, West Region Managing Principal, Deloitte Consulting and National Managing Principal, Deloitte University Leadership Center for Inclusion.  Christie shares her background of growing up in the suburbs of New York in the 1960s and 1970s with feminist parents and seven siblings, and how that has informed the work she does today.
