It is my pleasure and privilege to launch Season 3 of the Driven Woman Podcast with Jamaican Rhodes Scholar and Oxford Alumnus, Dr. Yolande E. Chan. Dr. Chan has led and continues to lead a full life as an academic, wife and mother and she has generously shared her lessons learnt along the way. We discuss the importance of faith, taking responsibility and the experiences that have allowed her to realise that there is no need for perfection. We explore some of her highs and lows at Oxford as a woman of Caribbean ancestry.
