Prior to this, Charise was living a normal life working as an engineer with her husband and three young children. After her hospitalisation, Charise moved back to her hometown and started to work on recovery. She pursued her passion as a writer and has since wrote two books which have been published 'Crazy: Memoir of a Mom Gone Mad' and 'Normal' which are both available in hardcopy on Amazon.
