In this episode, we'll delve into Joyce's expertise in using the principles of Andragogy to develop leadership skills.Based in Scotland, Joyce Matthews works with government agencies, charities, schools, universities and businesses in India, Malta, Gozo, China, Japan, Zambia, Canada, Brunei, USA, Denmark and UK. Over the last twelve years Joyce has worked with the National College of School Leadership, Nottingham University, University College London’s Institute of Education and Education Scotland facilitating leadership programmes and training leaders how to be facilitators. Joyce’s training programme has been endorsed by Education Scotland, the executive arm of the Scottish Government.
