E04: The transformative 20’s: lessons on self-love and healing

Licencsed Independent Clinical Social Worker Jasmine Stephens shares her journey to becoming a change agent in Washington DC. Jasmine is dedicated to serving children and their familes specifically the advancement of black children. She gives honor to the black women in her family that shape her zeal for helping others. During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic , Jasmine went through challenges that produced a spirtual and physical transformation. In this episode she gives us wisdom on the importance of having a healthy relationship with ourselves and having friends who are locked in order to live a full life.
