I got to sit down with Luisa Ossa — academic, bird photographer, nature lover, and the wildly talented creative behind Chirp and Charm — a brand full of cheerful, nature-inspired prints on journals, greeting cards, mugs, and more. She came into this conversation with a beautiful brand, a real curiosity about growth, and a handful of questions she'd been quietly sitting with for a while.
