About KarissaKarissa Meador is the co-author of the OXYGEN program and the OXYGEN assessment. This powerful program has helped over 90,000 military, veteran, and first responder heroes and their partners in their relationships. She is the Chief Development Officer for Stronger Families and is committed to making sure those who serve and sacrifice for our freedoms have a strong, thriving family to come home to. Her background is in sales and branding with a specialty in creating collaborative marketing experiences. She lives just outside of Dallas in Heath, TX with her husband of almost 20 years and their 4 kids Drew (17), Noah (15), Myles (13) and the later addition, a little girl: Kaylea (6). Karissa is passionate about helping people connect with their unique gifts to better understand themselves and others so they can be stronger individuals, more empowered leaders, spouses, and parents.
