The use of technology in education is more important now than ever before due to the need to enhance the teaching and learning process in line with 21st Century Education, improve outcomes towards the 2030 Agenda of the SDG 4 as well as mitigate the effect of COVID 19 on Education. The 2015 World Education Forum held in Incheon, South Korea long before COVID 19 pandemic asserted the need to “harness ICT to strengthen education systems, knowledge dissemination, information access, quality and effective learning, and more effective service provision” towards SDG 4, reported by UNESCO on ICT in Education. As part of the UNESCO ICT competency framework, Educators need to know what tools and methods are out there, how to access and use them along with the skills and competencies required. In this edition of the EdTech Talk,our  panel speakers addressed some of the key areas where teaching and learning can be empowered with technology: Personalized learning. Preparing students for the 21st-century workforce. Blended learning Formative and summative assessment of learning. Inclusive offline teaching method.
