E1 Viterbo -Servant Leadership - Conference Coming

For the past five years, Viterbo University has held a Conference on Servant Leadership for individuals who aspire to be servant leaders in nonprofit organizations, business, government, health care, ministry, and education. This year's conference seeks to gather individuals for a conversation on emerging leadership. By 2025, roughly 75% of the global workforce will be millennials. Our organizations will be directly shaped by this generation’s habits and expectations.  What can we do to better prepare the next generation of leaders?
