He began surfing as a grom in the late fifties and started in the surf building industry in 1963 with such icons as Karl Pope, Tom Morey and many others his senior. He is still shaping out of his shaping room in the back of his family owned surf shop "Ventura Surf Shop". His surfboard label goes by the name of William Dennis Surfboards. On this episode he shares his experiences and anecdotes from the good old times "Golden Years of Surfing" to the present. He gives us his take on the current status of longboarding in California.
