Meet my brother! In this episode I've invited my brother Thomas to talk about his learnings in his teaching and coaching careers so far. How setting boundaries, meeting kids where they are at and teaching life skills through gamification is how he feels he can make the most impact. What I have gained from Thomas's insights is that school and sport are training grounds for life. Teach kids how to deal with hardship, that it's okay not be liked, and what strategies they can use in handball that they can also use whenever they feel upset. From the most disadvantaged children to the most privliged there seems to be a similar thread. Kids can learn through play with a great guide.
