On those days his drivers are a well-oiled machine, courteous and cheerful despite the pressures. That could be said of his security officers as well because once the daytime staff goes home, they are IT. They answer all calls for help, from lost keys and forgotten fobs to medical emergencies, sometimes arriving first on the scene, putting their CPR and First Aid training to use while waiting for EMS to arrive. Though WV is a gated community, it has open borders which requires Justin’s staff of 30 to be vigilant during three rotating shifts, 24/7.
