Andrew Keel began as a “Lonnie Dealer”, investing in individual mobile homes as a way to generate monthly cash flow. Just a few years later, Andrew is now the owner of Keel Team, LLC, a Top 100 Owner of Manufactured Housing Communities with over 1,000 lots under management. His team currently manages 17 manufactured housing communities across seven states.  He is an expert at turning around under-managed manufactured housing communities by utilizing proven systems to maximize occupancy while reducing operating costs.  In this episode, Tyler and Andrew’s discussion focused on committing to manufactured housing community investing.
