On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we welcome Nova Centurion's Swimmer and the new 400m IM British Champion, Freya Colbert. Fresh off the back of an impressive British Swimming Championships in which Freya won Gold in the 400m Individual Medley, Silver in the 400m Freestyle and Bronze in the 200m Freestyle, she has been confirmed as one of the newest faces in the British Swimming squad for the 2022 World Championships in Budapest. At just 18 years old, we discuss with Freya what the experience is like to be called up to your first senior squad.
