However, my problem with Weightlifting type working out is and because I sort of have always had confidence even when I wasn't like big Yeah, and then the other thing you said was uh feeling good about yourself I think yeah, I've sort of always kind of had that in me and then I hit a point where I was like Man working out seems a bit like redundant So then I switched to boxing and the part of the reason I love boxing so much is because it's a practical skill Like it's a really practical skill talk about boosting your confidence Like me being able to walk anywhere I go and feel safe in my own body is awesome, dude And I feel like Just it's a better way to allocate my time when it comes to exercise and I thought I haven't picked up a weight in like a year and a half And you still look good.
