About Kirsten HinesKirsten Hines is a 37 year old follower of Christ, married to her college sweetheart, mom to three amazing kids, high school Special Education teacher of 14 years, and a fitness/nutrition coach for busy moms. It's safe to say that she's got a full plate. After always living a pretty healthy lifestyle, she gained a true passion for fitness after a year postpartum with twins... and a two and a half year old toddler too.Kirsten's journey developed a desire to share what worked for her with others. After becoming certified as a personal trainer, she developed Fuel + Fit for busy moms. As a mom, it's so easy to place your needs on the backburner and "lose yourself" in motherhood. Kirsten's goal is to help busy moms simplify their approach to fitness and nutrition so they can too get their confidence back and live a life they enjoy while spending it with the people they love the most!
