Have you ever wanted to escape from your reality into other worlds? That's plenty of reason to read a good book or play a video game for a while. Or, in this case, 20,000 hours of World of Warcraft. Mats Steen was a young boy with Duchenne muscular dystrophy that created and lived in an alternate reality within the game World of Warcraft. He spent most the later part of his life living vicariously through his virtual alter ego, Lord Ibelin Redmoore of Azeroth.
