Today, I had the pleasure of hosting my friend Mikey Power on the podcast. Mikey hails from Innishannon, known as the gateway to West Cork, and he's a proud Cork man (although born in the mighty Dublin!). Now, he serves as a coach and trainer, dedicating himself to helping others.
