Paul is a Men’s Health and Well-Being Teacher intent on co-creating a heart-full culture of men by guiding himself and other men to vibrate authentically in body, mind, and spirit. He facilitates personal development and empowerment courses for men to support them in enhancing emotional intelligence, communication, and connection. Paul also has a book, “The Heal.Thy.Man Method”, a pocketbook guiding men to self-awareness and self-fulfillment. So where does all of this inspiration come from?
