One of the hardest things that we’re faced to do, uncovers purpose in our stories, trauma and loss. The pain of life’s challenges and obstacles can halt us in our tracks and it’s uncovering purpose that can help us move forward. I can’t sugarcoat this, as a Mom, my heart goes out to today’s guest, her courage, her strength is a beacon of light for any grieving parent. Joining me today is Hope Reger who created and leads Grief 2 Hope to honour and keep the memory alive of her son, who was murdered at the age of 19.
