Nobody could have prepared mentally for what we're all experiencing. Globally, we're all grieving for the loss of the life we once had. How do you cope with that? Our lives have been turned on its heads, the four walls that used to be our comfort zone and are now starting to feel like a prison. Personally, some days are good, other days I just want to cry.
