E140 Your missing link between setting and achieving goals

Have you thought about the gaps between the goals you set and achieve vs don't achieve? It's not a simple answer. But what if there was an idea that could help accelerate you toward your destination goal? Would you completely ignore it? I've spent a lot of time thinking on this question and after doing much research, I've found an important exercise that can help: visualization. Most of us understand goal setting and visualization intellectually. But to understand and appreciate how they come together to help us reach our purpose is not always fully realized.
