E142: Wisconsin’s All-American Setters: Sydney Hilley, Lauren Carlini & Charlie Fuerbringer Talk Legacy, Film & Flow (Season 4 Episode 15)

Three generations of Wisconsin volleyball greatness come together as former All-American setters Sydney Hilley and Lauren Carlini sit down with current All-American Charlie Fuerbringer to talk about their time at Wisconsin and what it means to carry on the program’s tradition. In this episode, we discuss Sydney Hilley’s current Athletes Unlimited season, which comes to the Alliant Energy Center in Madison from October 23 through November 2, and what each setter admires most about the others. The conversation dives deep into the mental side of the game including the importance of watching film, finding that elusive flow state as a setter, and reflecting on their favorite (and least favorite) matches from their careers. 👉 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more Wisconsin volleyball interviews, stories, and behind-the-scenes conversations.
