Lance is a former tennis player from Somerset West, Cape Town, South Africa. He chats to me about his tennis journey from junior player to playing tournaments in the ITF World Tennis Tour. We discuss the challenges but also positive lessons of this journey; and the various obstacles that a young player may face in this process. Lance talks to us very openly and gives great advice on this process especially for our young South African tennis players.
