If you have a limited mindset you may see the world as not having enough to go around or that you cannot do the things you desire to do. On the other hand, a growth mindset says that you can do whatever you put your mind to and there is enough opportunity for everyone. Michaela challenges listeners to evaluate what they are thinking, what kind of energy they put out, what kind of attitude they carry and how that is impacting the world they live in. She encourages us to begin to tune in to the narrative that is running in our heads and identify whether it is a limited or growth mindset. Once we have become aware of the mindset we operate from we can then begin to grow in the direction we want to go. Since change inevitably comes into every life, it is helpful to accept that change can be hard and uncomfortable but necessary for us to grow.
