E16 Kelsey Taylor

from Oregon Indie Film · host Dawn Sellers

Kelsey Taylor, writer and director of To Kill A Wolf, an independent feature film, filmed in Oregon. This story is a modern day fairy tale, now playing at Regal Fox Tower in Portland as well as theaters in Bend and Eugene. It was a pleasure to sit down with Kelsey and talk about how she went from a small town in the center of Washington to Los Angeles where she has made a name for herself as a director and now independent filmmaker. You’ll hear about how filming near Mt. Hood in February brought some challenges and some unexpected magic as well as the search for distribution and advice for those of you wanting to make a film. I hope you enjoy my conversation with Kelsey Taylor.
