E17 - Living with Uncertainty with Jill Keuth

from The Roller Coaster of Midlife

Living with Uncertainty has become the tagline of 2020. Everything seems to be in turmoil and there constantly seems to be the feeling of unrest. A couple of weeks ago I received some news that sent me on a downward spiral. Luckily, a couple of hours later I found myself on a webinar, with Jill Keuth about Empowerment in the Face of Uncertainty. Jill is a Life Coach and helps to guide women back to their REAL self that often gets lost along our journey.  In our chat, we discuss the downward spiral and our ability to get back up because life is a Roller Coaster. We're always going to have times in our lives when we feel disoriented. You may find yourself asking: Why is this happening? I don't understand, this wasn't my plan? What's going to become of me? Who am I? How do I get through this? You can learn more about Jill at jillkeuth.com and connect with her on Instagram and Facebook. Jill has a passage in Ready to Fly, volume 2. You can get a copy here: Ready to Fly. The Women’s Anthology Project, Ready to Fly, was founded by Crystal Blue in 2017, in hopes of sharing inspiring and courageous stories with the world. As always, I’m sending my virtually distant hugs! I know you have something to share, email me at [email protected] Don't forget to follow me: Facebook Instagram
