Holly Barker is the founder of Grief Anonymous, an online and group support organization developed to support those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Her husband of 14 years and the father of her son died in 2014 at the age of 41 after an eight-year battle with malignant melanoma skin cancer. Holly’s mission is to continue to see Grief Anonymous be a national support organization. In this episode we talk about being a caregiver for her husband while he had cancer, the dreams she started to have, writing about her experience, the death of her husband, establishing Grief Anonymous, the death of her grandmother, and grief dreams of her deceased husband and grandmother.
