In this episode GLC discusses a functional approach to achieve goals. We all have aspirations, desires even ambitions. And yet according to numerous studies only 8 Percent of People Actually Achieve Their Goals. Only 3 percent of the population set goals and only about one percent actually write them down. Often the process of setting goals becomes so frustrating that we tend to give up altogether. But there is another way to approach goals and understand all the nuances of the goal setting process.
