E18 | Lori Holt Pfeiler Combating San Diego's Housing Crisis

In this episode Rebecca Jones is joined by Lori Holt Pfeiler, a past Escondido Mayor, past Habitat for Humanity CEO, and current BIA CEO. Pfeiler shares the large issue of the housing crisis and how her career has led her into different positions that have been driven on combating this. She describes herself as “fair” and always attempts to put others first and do right by them. She states, “My 10 year goal is that we as a region pulled together and figured out how to house our own.” Pfeiler goes on to explain that integrity and reliability will pay off in your future career and allow you certain opportunities.
