E19: Learning the Truth About Nutrition With Sally Fallon Morell

from The Jim Gale Show · host Jim Gale; Matthew Britt; Sally Fallon Morell

In this episode, nutrition expert Sally Fallon Morell, who is also founding president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, educates us about what constitutes healthy food. The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) for two decades has been recognized as an independent source for accurate information on nutrition and health.   Topics covered in this interview: The freedom and liberty to tell the truth about nutrition, versus relying on government-funded studies and recommendations that include many unhealthy foods. The basis of good health, which is a nutrient-based diet that includes the fats and organ meats of grass-fed animals, and the importance of Vitamin K2 found in them. Raw whole milk and liver are also promoted. Encouraging people to use half of their food budget to purchase directly from farmers and artisans. The toxicity of many breakfast cereals, which are the number one revenue producer in the whole world (and have the highest profit margins). Healthy foods have a smaller profit margin, according to Sally. Procter & Gamble was originally a candle company before creating Crisco, which Sally claims is not healthy and lard is a better fat, as is butter.  Soy is "extremely toxic," which is given to many prisoners.  Deficiencies in children's diets, many of whom are starving for much-needed fats. Challenging viral theory, and exploring 5G technology as a toxic contributor to COVID. Sally Fallon Morell is best known as the author of Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats (over 700,000 copies sold). She is the founding president of the Weston A. Price Foundation and editor of the Foundation's quarterly magazine.  She is also president and owner of NewTrends Publishing, serving as editor and publisher. She is the author of eight books, including Eat Fat Lose Fat, co-authored with Dr. Mary Enig; Nourishing Broth, co-authored with Kaayla T. Daniel, PhD, CCN; Nourishing Fats; and Nourishing Diets.   Clip to review to better understand Weston A. Price Foundation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE2H_HI26rE&t=85s   Follow Weston A.
