Thais Harris is a board-certified holistic nutritionist who helps women love themselves into their ideal body, vibrant health, and an outstanding life. After working for five years with cancer patients at Ceres Community Project and a decade in private practice at Nourish Together, it is clear the biggest results come from a place of love and respect towards oneself rather than punishment, deprivation, shoulds, and don’ts. Thais grew up in Brazil and moved to the U.S. in 1999 to pursue the life of her dreams. She graduated from CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) in Interdisciplinary Studies with focus on Research & Writing and Ecological Footprint, and completed a certificate in Holistic Nutrition from Bauman College, where she became faculty and taught therapeutic nutrition for four years. Thais has additional training in Ayurveda and Amino Acid Therapy. Her work is informed by breath awareness, joyous movement and conscious communication. She lives in the Berkshires, MA, with her husband and son.
