Todd Dexheimer is the CEO of Venture D Properties. He started investing in real estate in 2008, mainly in single-family homes and small multifamily assets. He has purchased and renovated roughly 800 units, completed over 150 flips and owns approximately $35 million in real estate. He’s also the host of the Pillars of Wealth Creation Podcast and a coach for multifamily investors.
