Have you ever wanted some suggestions on fighting symptoms of depression and anxiety? Join in on this new episode with Sasha Wolff! Sasha Wolff is the founder of Still I Run – Runners for Mental Health Awareness. Still I Run is the country's only non-profit that works on a nationwide level to promote the benefits of running for mental health. While the organization was started in 2016, the idea for Still I Run came to her several years earlier after she discovered the benefits of running after a brief hospitalization for depression and anxiety.  Still I Run now reaches thousands of people across the country, educating individuals about the mental health properties of running while also inspiring people to move for their mental wellness. On a more personal level, Sasha resides in Michigan with her husband Greg, three kiddos (2, 4, and 6), and their weimaraner, Max. When the family isn't going on runs together, they're hanging out with friends, discovering local parks, or enjoying the beautiful Michigan lakeshore. Learn more about Still I Run!
